He gave a fluid lecture on content development of programmes. But I’ll be sharing 4 nuggets that struck me while listening.

  1. Garner skills before graduating as it will help you when the certificate fails to. He studied Geography but because of the skills he garnered in radio stations he was able to get to BBC.
  2. Make judicious use of NYSC camp.
  3. Be creative. Think simple. Think differently. Think upside down.
  4. Have a listener persona when drafting contents for your programme. Know your target audience.
